Brief: to create collages based on the conceptual ideas of the artist ZINAIDA, which harmoniously combine a human with nature and the animal world.
ZINAIDA is an artist and cultural figure. Her project topics include the study of mythologies, national and archaic images and their conveyance using contemporary art. Many of them preceded by direct participation in cultural and ethnographic researches, acquaintance and communication with the bearers of ancient knowledge and practices.
Natalka Rudnyk, ZINAIDA's marketing and PR manager, was looking for a designer-collage artist, able to feel the concepts of art projects on a subtle level and deeply immerse herself in the artist's aesthetics. Taker | Maker undertook the search and selection of creators according to the brief, as well as the initial negotiations on the terms of cooperation.
Collage ideas: a harmonious combination of a human with nature and the animal world. This is the entrance to trust and interaction with animals, spirits of nature and plants, communication with the living world of nature. One of the collages was created to cheer Maryna Abramović, a world-renowned Serbian artist working in the performance genre. The art concept is based on an allusion to the well-known photo of Maryna with a lamb. The developed collage was embroidered on a kimono.
Natalka Rudnyk, ZINAIDA's marketing and PR manager: "I couldn't find a good collage artist for a very long time. We had recommended people, but their test works were only disappointing. Taker | Maker immediately provided me with several portfolios. It was wonderful! We liked several collage pros. Everyone created something beautiful for us, we still work with some designers".
